By accessing, registering or using any part of the ap33my platform, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and ap33my as the platform operator. This agreement covers use of the website, mobile application, games, deposit and withdrawal facilities, and all other services provided under the ap33my brand.

ap33my accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through designated payment methods. All transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption technology.

The key terms relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal for all methods is RM100.
• Approved withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour.
• Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• All withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

All bonuses and promotions offered by ap33my are subject to the following conditions. By accepting any bonus, you agree to all related terms.

Welcome Bonus: ap33my offers a first deposit bonus of 100% up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 10× the total bonus received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Example calculation: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Total wagering required: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.

• Each user is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses may not be used to transfer funds between accounts.
• Any attempt to manipulate or misuse promotions will result in the related bonus and winnings being forfeited.
• ap33my reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

VIP Programme: Loyal ap33my users are eligible to join the VIP programme, which offers weekly cashback. There are four VIP tiers: Bronze (cashback up to 0.2% per week), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%) and Platinum (up to 0.8%). VIP tier advancement depends on the user's level of activity and loyalty.

All games available on the ap33my platform are operated using a certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of every game round is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

Users agree to comply with the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be reported to the support team within 72 hours of the date of the incident.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the ap33my support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal in accordance with standard terms.

ap33my reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account under the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have provided false or misleading registration information.
• The user has violated any part of these terms.
• The account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering or system abuse.
• The user requests self-exclusion through the responsible gambling programme.
• Instructions from law enforcement authorities.

When an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, ap33my reserves the right to withhold all balances, bonuses and unprocessed winnings without any obligation to pay compensation.
